We’re always on the lookout for new talent to join our team at Boards4Agents. We know that sometimes reaching out and making an approach for a job can be nerve racking so we thought we’d write a blog about our recruitment process in the hope that it encourages folks to reach out and apply.

1. We start by offering a Zoom interview to suit each applicant’s diary. We fully appreciate that often people are working so a Zoom interview early evening or very first thing may work best for them and we’re happy to oblige
2. After a successful Zoom interview we invite applicants in to meet Amit, our Director, and spend a couple of hours with him. Here applicants can get to know him and learn much more about our company and the role they’re applying for. There’s also the opportunity for applicants to ask any questions they may have
3. At this point, and assuming that everyone is happy with the process so far, the applicant is then offered a two week trial to really ensure the fit is right on both sides
4. After successfully completing this two week trial a permanent role is offered complete with all training. Our training is given via eLearning as well as face-to-face to ensure that different people’s learning styles are supported
