Getting to know Tina

Tina is our Operations Manager who loves systems and processes! She’s a huge fan of LEAN management and enjoys helping to build the right team for the business.  She is always looking for ways to continuously improve Boards4Agents, helping to make it the very best it can be.

Tina is married to Amit, our Director, and together they formed Boards4Agents in January 2011.  

Before Amit, children and Boards4Agents, Tina studied International Business and was selected to take part in an exchange programme in Toronto, Canada – an experience that she hugely enjoyed.  In her spare time Tina volunteers as a Girl Guiding helper and has done since 2018.  She is also a member of the Leicestershire Wildlife Trust which gives her the opportunity to pursue her love of the great outdoors. She and her girls share a love of playing football.
