Property Boards

We’re the only property board company in Leicestershire to make and fit commercial property boards. We pride ourselves on the quality of our specialist commercial property board installation services.  

Whilst residential property boards are a similar size, T commercial property boards can vary hugely, sometimes going up to 5’ x 4’. 

Every property board needs to be securely constructed and attached. Most residential property boards can be fitted relatively easily, depending on where they are to be located. Commercial property boards are often mounted high up on buildings and sometimes require a Cherry Picker.  Our staff are IPAF (the International Powered Access Federation) trained and can safely and effectively operate a Cherry Picker.  We’re all also trained to work safely at heights and have undergone other key Health and Safety training.  

For the installation of residential property boards we tend to stick to normal working hours because no-one wants to be woken up to a For Sale board being installed close to/outside their home!  However, because many commercial buildings are in public places we do flex our working hours to install them in order to minimise the risk of accidents/injury to property as well as members of the public.
